What You Will Do
- Envisioning with potential customers: You will develop the vision for the use of modern CX solutions together with them and show what is possible.
- Conduct consulting workshops to identify and make tangible the specific business value for particular customers.
- Advise customers on the value of Customer Experience and accompany them on their journey to customer-centric solutions.
- Pitch our Customer Experience solutions to customers – convincingly, tailored, and at eye level.
- Develop compelling proposals for complex implementation projects – together with our customers, from the solution sketch to the final proposal.
- Automate the isolutions offering process: You will design and optimize our presales and offering process more efficiently.
- Develop value propositions that clearly and convincingly highlight the benefits of our CX solutions.
Requirements
- A higher education in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Marketing, CRM/CX, or a related field (University / University of Applied Sciences).
- Several years of experience in presales, consulting, or solution sales – ideally in the environment of Customer Experience, CRM, or the Microsoft ecosystem (Dynamics 365, Customer Insights, Power Platform, Copilot).
- Familiarity with topics such as Customer Journey, Customer Engagement, Marketing Automation, Service Excellence, or data-driven customer retention.
- Strong conceptual and methodical skills as well as confident demeanor – even in complex or unfamiliar situations.
- A true "People Person" who quickly builds trust and moves confidently in demanding stakeholder environments.
- High self-motivation, flexibility, and resilience.
- Work location: Zurich, Bern, or Basel and willingness to travel within Switzerland.
