Responsibilities

  • Lead technical pre-sales activities throughout the sales cycle
  • Design and present end-to-end solution architectures across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments
  • Conduct customer workshops, technical presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs)
  • Analyze customer requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
  • Support system integration projects involving APIs, video platforms, IoT devices, telecommunications, and enterprise infrastructure
  • Act as the technical point of contact during customer engagements
  • Report product issues, bugs, and improvement opportunities to headquarters and product teams
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product management, and engineering teams to ensure customer success
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship as the team grows

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Solution Architecture (Cloud, On-Premises, Hybrid)
    • System Integration and APIs
    • Video Management and Security Systems
    • IoT and Telecommunications Technologies
    • Networking and Infrastructure Concepts
    • Cybersecurity Principles and Penetration Testing
  • 7–10 years of overall professional experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in Pre-Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Solution Design roles
  • Proven experience leading customer demonstrations and PoCs
  • Fluent English and Portuguese communication skills
