Responsibilities
- Lead technical pre-sales activities throughout the sales cycle
- Design and present end-to-end solution architectures across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments
- Conduct customer workshops, technical presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs)
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Support system integration projects involving APIs, video platforms, IoT devices, telecommunications, and enterprise infrastructure
- Act as the technical point of contact during customer engagements
- Report product issues, bugs, and improvement opportunities to headquarters and product teams
- Collaborate closely with sales, product management, and engineering teams to ensure customer success
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship as the team grows
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of:
- Solution Architecture (Cloud, On-Premises, Hybrid)
- System Integration and APIs
- Video Management and Security Systems
- IoT and Telecommunications Technologies
- Networking and Infrastructure Concepts
- Cybersecurity Principles and Penetration Testing
- 7–10 years of overall professional experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Pre-Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Solution Design roles
- Proven experience leading customer demonstrations and PoCs
- Fluent English and Portuguese communication skills
