About the Position
Principal Business Processes Consultant (f/m/d) - SAP SuccessFactors
Join SAP as a Principal Business Processes Consultant for SAP SuccessFactors, leading complex HR transformation programs and leveraging AI for HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP SuccessFactors consulting engagements from design to go-live.
- Govern process design, solution requirements, and implementation.
- Evaluate industry trends and introduce leading practices to advance customer outcomes.
- Oversee business process mapping and requirements definition across complex HR environments.
- Direct change management and transition planning across client and internal teams.
- Mentor business process consulting professionals to raise delivery quality and capability.
- Advise clients on activating AI-powered features to automate HR decisions.
Requirements
- Certified in at least one SAP SuccessFactors module.
- Deep expertise in business architecture and design thinking.
- Skills in process mining and optimization.
- Understanding of business process automation and AI in HR.
- Experience with Employee Central, Time Management, Payroll, or SmartRecruiters is a plus.
- Fluency in German and English is required.
Nice to Have
- Experience leading multiple end-to-end implementations.
- Ability to apply design thinking to lead change management and advise on disruptive HR process innovation.
