Principal Consultant SAP SuccessFactors - Employee Central (m/w/d)
Gambit Consulting GmbH, a leading SAP enterprise consulting firm with locations across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Turkey, is seeking a Principal Consultant SAP SuccessFactors - Employee Central. In this role, you will lead HR projects and provide expert advice on SAP SuccessFactors.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to plan, implement, and manage SAP SuccessFactors projects.
- Guide and advise companies through all project phases: from pre-sales, concept, implementation, training, testing, go-live to hypercare.
- Design HR processes by modeling state-of-the-art processes and steer their implementation in the system with your colleagues.
- Advise GAMBIT's clients on the ideal mix of standard processes and customization.
- Share your knowledge with colleagues and clients.
- Contribute to the strategic and operational expansion of the SuccessFactors area as a subject matter expert or project manager.
- Support (future) clients in pre-sales tasks or account management.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of HR requirements and the ability to translate them into technical solutions.
- Several years of professional experience in HR projects or HR digitalization and a successful degree from a university or college.
- Expertise in addressing technical and process-related questions and implementing suitable solutions.
- Experience in national and international projects, with successful work as a subject matter expert (stream lead) or program lead (with interfaces to other systems).
- Enthusiasm for new challenges and staying updated on current trends in HR and digitalization.
- Certifications in Employee Central, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Performance & Goals.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, and a convincing, performance-oriented, conceptual, and presentation-strong personality.
- Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate confidently with technical departments and executives.
