About the Position

Principal Solutions Architect

Paradigma Digital is seeking a highly qualified Principal Solutions Architect to join our Technology Strategy team. This role is pivotal in identifying business opportunities, designing innovative technological solutions, and delivering value to our enterprise clients.

You will work closely with the team to design and execute the modernization strategy for applications and infrastructures, coordinate the development of assets and offerings, and ensure technical excellence in RFPs, estimations, and delivery.

Responsibilities

Define the modernization roadmap (multi-cloud, containers, serverless, refactoring, replatforming).
Identify market trends and translate them into new offerings and internal accelerators.
Develop technological offerings, defining messages and assets that reinforce Paradigma's technological offering.
Lead the creation of reusable artifacts (blueprints, accelerators, IaC frameworks, financial templates).
Maintain the service catalog and align pricing, TCO, and business cases with the commercial team.
Qualify opportunities with the commercial team and the assigned solution architecture person.
Design the end-to-end solution: scope, reference architecture, modernization plan, effort and cost estimation.
Participate in workshops, value presentations, and client offerings and messages defenses.

Requirements

Technical Requirements

Demonstrable experience in application modernization and migration (≥ 4 years in complex projects).
Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP) at the enterprise level: landing zones, networks, IAM, FinOps.
Modernization methodologies (6 R’s, Strangler Fig, DDD, event-driven, microservices).
DevOps and Platform Engineering: CI/CD, IaC (Terraform or others), Kubernetes, observability.
API governance and middlewares, design of modernization pipelines, and automation of tests.
Presales and estimations: preparation of SOW, cost models, business cases.

Business and Soft Skills

Ability to communicate at the C-level and with client business areas.
Situational leadership: motivating senior profiles with a high degree of autonomy.
Portfolio management and prioritization by value.

Nice to Have

Certifications: AWS, AZURE, Google, TOGAF, etc.
Experience in regulated sectors (banking, insurance, telco) or industrial environments.
Languages: English (B2-C1).
