Responsibilities

Build the Joint Solution

• Own the technical definition of joint solutions with your Alliance Partners end to end: use case selection, reference architecture, integration design, validation, and publication.
• Prove the solution works. Run joint labs, interoperability testing, and validated designs that stand up under customer scrutiny.
• Design across the full Everpure platform, not a single product line, and design for how the partner's technology is actually deployed and consumed.
• Prioritize ruthlessly. A small number of joint solutions that both field teams can sell beats a long catalogue nobody uses.

Be the Conduit to Product Management

• Bring partner requirements back into Everpure Product Management with clarity and evidence: integration gaps, API and automation needs, certification, and roadmap dependencies.
• Represent Everpure's roadmap to the partner's technical and product teams, and align release timing so joint solutions land together rather than sequentially.
• Maintain the working relationship between the two engineering and product organizations so issues are resolved between teams, not escalated between executives.
• Gather and structure feedback continuously; this is a standing responsibility, not a quarterly exercise.

Drive Business through the Partnership

• Translate joint solutions into pipeline. Define the plays, the target use cases, and the qualification criteria that let both field organizations act on them.
• Build the technical evidence base that makes the joint solution winnable: positioning, competitive differentiation, proof points, and reference outcomes.
• Work with Alliance and sales leadership on the joint go-to-market plan, and hold the technical half of it.
• Support the partner's field and sales teams as the escalation point on joint solution architecture.

Build Technical Credibility with the Partner

• Establish yourself as the trusted technical voice with the partner's architects, product managers, and CTOs.
• Enable the partner's technical community to position and design Everpure autonomously, so every engagement builds capability beyond the ones you are in.
• Grow a population of partner-side technical champions who advocate for Everpure without you in the room.

Create the IP

• Produce reusable technical assets from live joint work: reference architectures, validated designs, sizing and scaling guidance, deployment, and integration guides.
• Build enablement content and deliver it to both organizations' technical communities.
• Represent Everpure at partner-facing events, joint roadshows, webinars, and technical workshops, and create content that reaches the partner's wider technical ecosystem.

Work Across Everpure

• Orchestrate specialist and engineering support cleanly rather than carrying every technical ask personally.
• Work with the wider Global Partner Technical Organization so joint solutions built in one alliance are reusable across others.

Requirements

Alliances and Commercial

• 10+ years in pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical leadership, with a demonstrable record of building partner or alliance-led business.
• Direct experience working with technology alliance partners, and a real understanding of how joint solutions get built, certified, launched, and sold by two organizations at once.
• Commercial fluency. Comfortable connecting technical design decisions to joint pipeline, revenue, and the partner's own business model.
• Track record of influencing product direction on the basis of partner and market evidence.

Technical

• Credible at depth across modern data platform architecture: block, file, and object, unstructured data at scale, hybrid and cloud data services, Kubernetes, and as-a-service models.
• Strong working knowledge of compute, database, networking, and virtualization, plus emerging areas including AI/ML data pipelines and data governance and classification.
• Fluent in cyber resilience, data protection architecture, virtualization migration dynamics, and the competitive landscape.
• Practical command of integration and API-driven infrastructure, and the discipline of validated reference architecture.
• Product experience across technology vendors within the relevant region.

Communication and Presence

• Outstanding written, diagrammatic, and verbal communication, with the ability to reduce complex ideas to simple terms for technical and non-technical audiences alike.
• Executive presence to move between a partner CTO conversation and a joint whiteboard architecture session.
• Ability to work collaboratively across the broader Everpure organization and to influence without authority - in both companies.
