About the Position
We are seeking a Principal.NET Software Engineer for a hands-on, individual contributor role focused on end-to-end application development. You will work with.NET, ReactJS, Azure, MS SQL, and AI tools such as GitHub Copilot.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end application development using.NET and ReactJS
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable solutions on Azure
- Utilize MS SQL Server for robust data management
- Integrate AI tools like GitHub Copilot into development workflows
- Apply modern architecture patterns to new and existing projects
- Take strong technical ownership of deliverables
- Solve complex technical problems with innovative solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Ensure code quality and best practices across the team
- Mentor and support peers in technical growth
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in.NET application development
- Background in ReactJS and front-end technologies
- Proficiency in Azure cloud services, experience with Azure Functions
- Skills in MS SQL Server database management
- Familiarity with AI tools such as GitHub Copilot
- Understanding of modern architecture patterns
- Qualifications in designing solution architecture
- Strong technical ownership and leadership abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on results
- English: B2+
