We are seeking a Principle AI Engineer with a proven track record in building and deploying production AI systems to lead our AI strategy and mentor engineers.
Responsibilities
- Act as the senior technical authority, setting engineering standards.
- Influence AI strategy across the organization.
- Mentor engineers and lead through technical influence rather than direct management.
Requirements
- Staff/Principal-level software engineering experience.
- Proven track record building and deploying production AI systems.
- Expertise in LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and modern AI architectures.
- Strong background in distributed systems, backend platforms, and cloud environments (Azure, GCP).
- Experience mentoring senior engineers.
