PRN Physical Therapist - FFCHC Outpatient Clinic
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our FFCHC Outpatient Clinic in Traverse City, Michigan. As part of Munson Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our patients. Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs for physical therapy and develop individual treatment plans in accordance with the State of Michigan licensure and PT scope of practice.
- Provide quality treatment and education to patients and their families.
- Collaborate effectively with the inter-disciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
- State of Michigan Physical Therapy License.
- McKenzie Certification or classes towards McKenzie Certified Preferred.
