About the Position

PRN Physical Therapist - Inpatient Rehab & Acute Care Units

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at Munson Healthcare in Traverse City, Michigan. In this role, you will be a vital part of our Inpatient Rehab and Acute Care Units, providing essential care and support to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Assess Patient Needs: Evaluate patient needs for physical therapy and develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with the State of Michigan licensure and PT scope of practice.
• Provide Quality Treatment: Deliver high-quality physical therapy treatments to patients.
• Educate Patients and Families: Offer education and support to patients and their families, including providing written instructions as necessary.
• Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the department and other departments to improve processes and clinical treatments.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Licensure: State of Michigan Physical Therapy License.

Schedule: PRN Schedule - Unit Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Every other weekend)
