Proces Consultant

Are you passionate about the intersection of processes, data, and change? Do you have a solid foundation in process optimization or consultancy? This is your next step.

As a Process Consultant, you will help various (inter)national clients improve and digitize their processes. You will translate complex client issues into concrete, workable solutions and successfully implement them.

You will operate independently with clients but will never be alone: you will work with colleagues and actively contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and optimizing business processes
• Translating client needs into efficient, digital, and achievable process solutions
• Supporting the translation of strategy into well-designed processes
• Contributing to the creation and optimization of digital process environments
• Analyzing data and converting it into valuable process insights and improvement opportunities
• Guiding change processes and implementations from a process perspective
• Advising stakeholders at various levels
• Actively contributing to the further development of MLC and our services, for example by participating in internal projects or knowledge sharing

Requirements

What do you bring?

• A HBO diploma or completed academic studies, such as (Technical) Business Administration and Organizational Sciences
• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in a process-related environment
• Experience with analyzing and improving processes (e.g., Lean, BPM, or similar)
• Affinity with data and digitalization
• Strong communication skills and persuasiveness
• Independence and a proactive attitude
