About the Position

Join InPost's Data and Process Automation team as a Process Automation Specialist to enhance business efficiency through process automation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business and operational processes for automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions (e.g., RPA, workflow automation, scripts, API).
• Test and integrate automation with existing systems.
• Maintain and update implemented automations, resolving technical issues.
• Document technical solutions, create user instructions, and training materials.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify needs and implement solutions.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented automations, report results, and recommend improvements.
• Train employees on the use of implemented automation solutions.
• Continuously track trends and innovations in process automation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (process automation, technology implementations).
• Ability to map business processes and knowledge of business and system analysis.
• Practical experience with APIs, system integration, and API testing tools.
• Experience with automation tools.
• Analytical thinking, information synthesis, and solution recommendation skills.
• Communication skills and ability to build relationships with business and technology teams.
• English proficiency at an intermediate level.
• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and script writing is a plus.
