Responsibilities

• Process management/Documentation (Process flow chart, PFMEA, CP, OI)
• Develop new process, sample parameter set, and building
• Perform machine/line acceptance, installation, setup, and qualification
• New product feasibility and industrialization
• Perform continuous improvement on process (Handling, material flow, ergonomics)
• Improve performance of production line, such as output, CT, OEE, scrap cost
• Analyze quality issues and failure mode
• Support on customer audit

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above majored in mechanical, automation, or electrical engineering
• Minimum 3 years professional experience in mechanical or electrical assembly
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in the automotive industry as a tier 1 or tier 2 supplier
• Good command of written and oral English
• Good communication skills, teamwork spirit, and self-awareness
