Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to improve the RFID Converting production process and performance.
• Process standardization management, drive the production team to follow the process requirements.
• Assist the RFID Converting production team to improve the product quality.
• Provide technical and process training for assistant engineers and clerks.
• Provide process training for the RFID Converting printing operators.
• Investigate all quality issues related to the process and find out the root cause and solution.
• Provide managerial support to the manager on daily department operations, such as output and continuous improvement.
• Other work assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• College degree or above.
• 2 years or above working experience in printing engineering, Fleox printing is preferred.
• Good sense on printing color, Ink mixing capability is preferred.
• Good understanding of paper construction, especially on self-adhesive paper.
• Good understanding of design for manufacturing.
• Good English reading and writing skills.
• Good command of computer operating skills (OFFICE, Windows).
