Process Engineer – Laser Marking Process (F/M)
We are seeking a Process Engineer for laser marking processes to join our team in Rietheim-Weilheim, BW, DE, focusing on quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Support the launch of new projects involving laser marking processes.
- Define, optimize, and monitor laser marking parameters to meet quality requirements.
- Analyze process performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Revalidate processes after equipment modifications or interventions.
- Adjust and maintain laser equipment process settings.
- Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standards.
- Train operators on laser equipment and process requirements.
- Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
- Propose and implement improvements related to quality, productivity, and cost reduction.
- Monitor and report process KPIs.
Requirements
- Engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Automation, or similar).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Process Engineer in the automotive industry.
- Experience with laser marking systems is an advantage.
- Good English and/or German skills.
- Knowledge of quality tools (5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC).
- Ability to read and interpret 2D and 3D technical drawings.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methods.
