About the Position
Process Expert - Financial Markets Client Control – Change Epic owner
We are seeking a dedicated Process Expert to join our Financial Markets Client Control team at ING Hubs. As the Change Epic owner, you will hold end-to-end responsibility for the delivery of epics (change) and ensure their successful handover to the Business-as-Usual team.
Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Change in delivering epics within the change portfolio.
- Collaborate with an international self-steering team to implement epics in an Agile Way of Working.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge and experience in financial products, processes, and related regulations.
- Take full accountability for the efficient and timely delivery of epics, including quality assurance aspects.
- Create and manage epic-related documents and proactively engage with all stakeholders involved.
- Estimate the Business-as-Usual impact in terms of capacity and knowledge with Process managers.
- Participate in team stand-ups, refinement, retrospective, and planning sessions.
- Set clear priorities for epic delivery.
- Transfer changes to execution locations in Bratislava and Manila, ensuring correct governance and sign-off from the COE, second line parties, and execution locations.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of FM regulations (EMIR, MiFID, SFTR, etc.) to deliver regulatory changes.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge and experience in financial products, processes, and related regulations.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance (EMIR, MiFID, SFTR, etc.).
- Experience in process management and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
