About the Position
Process Expert - Financial Markets Client Control – Change Epic owner
We are seeking a Process Expert for Financial Markets Client Control to manage epics and ensure regulatory compliance in Taguig, Philippines.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end responsibility for the delivery of epics (change) including the hand over to the Business-as-Usual team.
- Support the Head of Change in the delivery of epics in the change portfolio.
- Part of an international self-steering team to deliver and implement the epics in an Agile Way of Working and in accordance with the ING’s orange code.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in financial products, processes, and related regulations.
- Full accountability of the efficient delivery of the epics you are responsible for, including timely delivery and the quality assurance aspects.
Main Roles and Responsibilities
- End-to-end responsibility for Epics (including updates on status / progress and impediment).
- Create Epic related documents and proactively manage all stakeholders (both FMCC and non-FMCC) that are involved in the realization of the epics.
- Estimate BAU impact in terms of capacity and knowledge with the Process managers.
- Take part in the team stand-ups, refinement, retrospective, and planning sessions.
- Set clear priorities in the Epic delivery.
- Transfer change to our execution locations in Bratislava and Manila following correct governance including sign-off from the COE, second line parties, and execution locations.
- Hold in-depth knowledge on FM regulations (EMIR, MiFID, SFTR etc.) to deliver regulatory changes.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge and experience in financial products, processes, and related regulations.
- Experience with Agile Methodology.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance (EMIR, MiFID, SFTR etc.).
