Job Summary

Seeking professionals with hands-on experience in the UK/Lloyd’s Insurance market, possessing strong knowledge of the end-to-end policy lifecycle, premium processing, and London Market operations. The role involves managing policy transactions, premium calculations, endorsements, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Managing the end-to-end Lloyd’s insurance placement process, including Submission, Quote, FON, Bound, Declaration, and Endorsement processing.
Handling Bureau, Non-Bureau, and Company Market transactions.
Reviewing and processing insurance documentation in line with Lloyd’s Market standards.
Interpreting and validating Lloyd’s Market Reform Contracts (MRC).
Performing premium, tax, and deduction calculations with high accuracy.
Supporting policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and premium collection activities.
Ensuring compliance with client requirements, SLAs, and regulatory guidelines.
Coordinating with brokers, underwriters, and stakeholders to resolve policy and processing queries.

Required Skills

2-5 years of experience in UK/Lloyd’s Insurance Operations.
Strong understanding of the Lloyd’s insurance placement process and policy lifecycle.
Knowledge of Submission, Quote, FON, Bound, Declaration, and Endorsement processing.
Experience working across Bureau, Non-Bureau, and Company Markets.
Sound understanding of Lloyd’s MRC structure and documentation.
Expertise in premium, tax, and deduction calculations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Skills

Experience working on the Eclipse Policy Administration System.
Prior experience with a Lloyd’s Insurance organization or London Market operations.
