Job Summary

We are seeking a Process Expert/Functional Expert specializing in UK/Lloyds Insurance claims to join our team in Noida. The role involves managing claims end-to-end, ensuring quick responses, and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Responsibilities

• Manage UK/Lloyds Insurance claims end-to-end
• Handle FNOL & SNOL Settlement
• Oversee Document Management
• Review detailed claims documents from Broker/TPA and update the claim system
• Ensure quick response to queries from Broker, Cedant, or TPA
• Meet set SLA/Targets
• Ensure claims are processed correctly the first time
• Manage and update process documents in real-time
• Ensure documentation completeness and adherence to quality norms (ISO, COPIS, etc.)
• Coordinate with clients on process-related issues and updates
• Conduct team reviews and submit progress reports to the manager
• Recommend new ideas for process improvement
• Maintain learning history for process alignment
• Gain knowledge of the end-to-end client process
• Present monthly dashboards, error trend presentations, and performance management reports
• Ensure the team meets or exceeds service and quality levels as assigned by clients
• Participate in client calls
• Support the team by processing various tasks in the claim life cycle
• Analyze and input data into systems/databases
• Operate processes and ensure complete adherence to defined SLAs (Productivity, Turn-around-time, Accuracy)
• Timely maintenance of various work trackers

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate
• 4-6 years of insurance experience specializing in handling UK claims
• Excellent written & verbal communication
• Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the organization’s values
• Analyzes and synthesizes information/Makes decisions based on policies
• Keeps the team informed on work activities
• Assumes responsibility and displays dedication to meet/exceed customer expectations and requirements
• Participates as a team member
• Plans tasks and organizes own work and sets priorities for tasks in order of importance
