About the Position
As a Process Manager in our Client Relations Department, you will be responsible for building and implementing effective processes and controls to ensure the smooth running of the department. You will draft regulations, evaluation processes, internal controls, reviews, and access policies to improve departmental efficiency and ensure the best service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures for the Client Relations Department.
- Ensure compliance with established procedures and policies across all teams.
- Identify areas of improvement and work with teams to develop new processes and controls.
- Ensure compliance with regulations such as GDPR, AML, and KYC.
- Use JIRA and other tools to track progress, identify issues, and manage resources.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of department processes.
- Provide regular reports to management on departmental performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to align processes with company strategy.
- Manage team training and development needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of process design, implementation, and improvement methodologies.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing effective processes and controls.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of JIRA and other relevant tools.
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
