About the Position

We are currently searching for a skilled Process Mining Consultant to join our dynamic team in Poland. The ideal candidate will work closely with various high-level stakeholders across the organization and will play a critical role in improving the company's processes.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to assess, validate, and improve business processes through process mining, analytics, and automation
  • Implement end-to-end processes with process mining tools like Celonis, UiPath, ABBYY Timeline, and others. This includes system connection, data transformation, data modeling, alongside the development of process analyses and recommendations for optimization
  • Identify improvement potential and develop strategies to realize this value
  • Facilitate training and coaching sessions for stakeholders on the use of process mining tools
  • Develop process mining strategies and create a roadmap for successful implementation

Requirements

  • Education: computer science, information technology, business information technology, mathematics, or similar
  • Experience in data visualization using best practices with a high end-user focus (process mining and/or business intelligence tools)
  • Data extraction from various data sources (like SAP, Oracle, MS SQL)
  • Data transformation and performance-optimized modeling
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and/or similar language is a must
  • Ability to understand business demands and get familiar with the respective domain knowledge to turn those into service priorities
  • Experience in working with different groups of stakeholders and business users and challenging requirements from them to achieve the best possible results
  • Ability to work independently and combine technical knowledge with communication skills
  • Several years of experience working in IT in cross-functional and international teams (business and data analytics, data-driven consulting, or similar)
  • Fluency in English to effectively communicate with different department stakeholders
  • Strong presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
