Responsibilities

The Process Owner will be involved in various activities, including:

• Collecting, analyzing, and challenging business needs expressed by Business Leaders and operational entities.
• Validating CEB (cahier d'expression de besoins) and SFD (spécifications fonctionnelles détaillées) to ensure compliance with business processes and objectives.
• Ensuring interface between business, project, and development teams to guarantee proper consideration of functional needs.
• Participating in the preparation and validation of functional testing campaigns.
• Monitoring and validating the resolution of anomalies impacting business processes.
• Writing and enriching functional test scenarios to validate the solution.
• Conducting functional tests and managing anomalies via JIRA.
• Tracking JIRA progress until resolution.
• Meetings with Business Leaders or local teams (deployed subsidiaries) as necessary for progress.
• Maintaining KPIs for testing progress and estimating workload.
• Participation in user support projects (interactions with the Day-to-Day Team when necessary).
• Coordination between the TL and the team.

Requirements

• Education: Bac +5 in Supply Chain / Logistics, Information Systems, or equivalent specialization.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Soft Skills:
  • Customer support and relationship management.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Pedagogy.
  • Ability to lead, propose, and work in a team.
  • Synthesis skills.
  • Responsiveness.
  • Communication skills (animations, training, workshops, preparation of written materials).
• Hard Skills:
  • Knowledge in Supply Chain / Automotive distribution principles.
  • UAT (User Acceptance Testing) skills.
  • UAT: test cases and execution + anomaly tracking.
  • Planning management.
  • Automotive Supply Chain.
  • IT: functional development principles, SCRUM, data management.
  • IT environment.
  • French (native).
  • English (intermediate).
• Tools:
  • Excel (data tables, indicators, graphs, VBA...).
  • Power BI / Access.
