Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and challenge business needs expressed by Business Leaders and operational entities.
• Validate CEB (cahier d'expression de besoins) and SFD (spécifications fonctionnelles détaillées) to ensure compliance with business processes and objectives.
• Serve as the interface between business, project, and development teams to ensure proper consideration of functional needs.
• Participate in the preparation and validation of functional testing campaigns.
• Monitor and validate the resolution of anomalies impacting business processes.
• Write and enrich functional test scenarios to validate the solution.
• Perform functional tests and manage anomalies via JIRA.
• Track the progress of JIRA tickets until resolution.
• Meet with Business Leaders or local teams (deployed subsidiaries) as needed for progress.
• Maintain KPIs for testing progress and workload estimation.
• Participate in user support projects (interactions with the Day-to-Day Team when necessary).
• Coordinate between the TL and the team.

Requirements

• Bac +5 in Supply Chain / Logistics, Information Systems, or equivalent specialization.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
