Responsibilities
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality materials and services are delivered on time and support production requirements.
- Lead sourcing activities including RFQs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, contract awards, and ongoing supplier management.
- Serve as an authorized representative of the company for procurement transactions, contracts, and purchase orders.
- Monitor inventory levels, supplier performance, and material demand to support supply chain continuity.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and suppliers to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, cost savings, and risk mitigation.
- Analyze supply chain data and planning requirements to optimize material availability and support business objectives.
- Collaborate across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and other functional teams to drive operational success.
Requirements

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 2+ years of procurement, supply chain, sourcing, purchasing, or related experience, preferably within aerospace, manufacturing, or raw materials environments.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, programs, parts, and supplier-related activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support business decisions.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including filters, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis.
- Experience working with ERP/MRP systems, preferably SAP, and managing large datasets.
- Experience influencing stakeholders and driving positive business outcomes through collaboration and problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, aerospace, or raw materials procurement operations.
- Project management experience, including managing cross-functional initiatives and supplier-driven projects.
- Experience with process improvement, cost reduction, or supply chain optimization initiatives.
- Knowledge of manufacturing materials, production planning, and supply chain best practices.
