Job Summary

Within the Digital Domain, the Procurement Business Partner’s role is to maximize the value of Digital businesses and activities through robust collaboration with the Digital Senior Leadership Team. This position has a global scope and concerns DIGITAL R&D.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships within and across different lines of business and throughout the Procurement organization.
  • Master negotiation techniques and possess technical knowledge of the sub-categories/domain.
  • Strong experience in Procurement or related fields.
  • Strategic thinking and results-oriented approach.
  • Good understanding of business, operations, and legal aspects including service level agreements, KPIs.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, flexible, receptive, and resourceful.
  • Creative mindset to innovate and challenge for best-in-class deals.
  • Assertive, high-level communicator with excellent presentation skills.
  • Confident and capable in interacting with key stakeholders and vendors.
  • Influential management, ability to convince and persuade others regarding appropriate solutions.
  • Experienced and confident in managing complex and undefined business situations.
  • Ability to work in a complex multi-functional matrix organization across functions, countries, and cultures.
  • Strategic and innovative approach for business solutions while in compliance with external and internal policies.
  • Strong Leadership, Management, and Talent development skills.
  • High sense of Ethics, Business integrity, and compliance in doing business.

Requirements

  • Strategic Sourcing: Build competitive and innovative sourcing initiatives based on spend and existing landscape analysis, market intelligence, business needs, risks, and opportunities.
  • Operations Management: Lead and manage a team of Global Lead Buyers. Be accountable for Digital & Business demands regarding sourcing activities.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage senior stakeholders of Digital and selected business stakeholders in other GBUs. Develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders and foster two-way supportive relationships.
