Within the Digital Domain, the Procurement Business Partner’s role is to maximize the value of Digital businesses and activities thanks to a robust collaboration with the Digital Senior Leadership Team. This scope of this position is global and concerns DIGITAL R&D.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships within and across the different lines of business and throughout the Procurement organization.
  • Master negotiation techniques and possess strong experience in Procurement or related fields.
  • Exhibit strategic thinking, results orientation, and a good understanding of business, operations, and legal aspects.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving skills, flexibility, receptiveness, and resourcefulness.
  • Innovate and challenge to get best-in-class deals.
  • Interact confidently with key stakeholders and vendors.
  • Convince and persuade others regarding appropriate solutions.
  • Manage complex and undefined business situations.
  • Work in a complex multi-functional matrix organization across functions, countries, and cultures.
  • Approach business solutions strategically and innovatively while complying with external and internal policies.
  • Develop and share expertise of suppliers’ markets within and outside the Domain and with stakeholders.
  • Advise and coach Global Lead Buyers and Global Buyers in their sourcing strategies, negotiation strategies & tactics, and market knowledge.
  • Communicate proactively on ongoing sourcing activities within and outside the Domain.
  • Engage proactively with other Procurement Domains.
  • Deliver robust Supplier Management with strategic & business reviews and performance management.
  • Ensure mastery of Procurement technical excellence.
  • Work closely with procurement services to leverage as much as possible the middle and back-offices services.
