About the Position
We are seeking a Procurement Manager to manage procurement areas, negotiate contracts, and oversee supplier communication for our IT services company.
Responsibilities
- Manage a defined procurement area, including supplier selection, evaluation, and relationship management based on quality, budget, and timeline requirements
- Plan and conduct price, condition, and contract negotiations and auctions for assigned procurement categories
- Oversee supplier communication, including complaint handling and quality issue resolution
- Maintain material master data and supplier-specific information in procurement systems
- Contribute to the digitization and automation of purchasing processes
- Support purchasing projects and provide guidance to internal customers
Requirements
- University degree or completed subject-oriented vocational training with several years of professional experience
- Expert-level knowledge of eProcurement solutions and systems
- Advanced communication and customer orientation skills
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting
- German language skills
