About the Position

Procurement Officer

ARRISE is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to manage procurement activities from sourcing and negotiation to contract implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities while working closely with category leads, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers.

Responsibilities

  • Support the procurement lifecycle across assigned categories: sourcing, supplier evaluation, price negotiations, purchase requisitions, and contract finalization.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (IT, Marketing, Construction, Studio Operations, etc.) to understand needs and deliver timely procurement solutions.
  • Conduct supplier research and benchmarking to identify qualified vendors and ensure competitive pricing.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and procurement records across platforms and systems.
  • Track and follow up on deliveries, contract timelines, and supplier performance.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, internal controls, and budget allocations.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing purchase orders, RFQs, and basic contract terms.
  • Collaborate closely with team leads and Head of Procurement on project-based initiatives and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or a similar supply chain role.
  • Strong understanding of procurement flow, including sourcing, RFQ/RFP processes, contracting, and delivery coordination.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects under time pressure and shifting priorities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and structured approach to documentation and record keeping.
  • Comfortable using procurement tools, tracking platforms, and Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate cost-saving opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
