About the Position
We are seeking a Product Manager for Fungicides to develop and implement product portfolio strategy, analyze market trends, and support product launches.
Main Tasks
- Development and implementation of the product portfolio strategy for fungicides (positioning, pricing, support);
- Market analysis: competitors, trends, customer needs;
- Preparation and support of new product launches (in close collaboration with R&D and the registration department);
- Training the sales team, participation in the creation of technical and marketing materials (including campaign books);
- Support for product promotion: seminars, field days, communication campaigns;
- Commercial support - participation in sales planning and demand forecasting.
Expectations from the Candidate
- Experience in the agricultural sector for 3+ years, with at least 1+ year in product management;
- Deep understanding of plant protection technologies (focus on fungicides, active substances, product portfolio);
- Education in agronomy or chemistry (additional marketing training will be a plus);
- Confident proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
- Systematic thinking, initiative, and activeness;
- Willingness to travel, participate in field events, and meet with clients;
- Possession of a category B driving license.
