Responsibilities
- Taking part in market trends research to bring new ideas to the project
- Identifying new course or e-learning trends & opportunities and applying creative teaching methodologies
- Partnering with speakers, experts, and specialists, supporting the creation of educational programs
- Coordinating the process of creating an online course from scratch
- Collaboration with methodologist, marketing, sales, customer support, and production teams
- Timelines and KPI control at every stage of program creation and launch
- Analyzing results, regular project reporting
Requirements
- Producer/project manager experience of 1 year or more
- Understanding of the online training market, competitors, and trends
- Experience in designing quality content
- Skills in creating a compelling, consistent, and logical product structure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Skills in meeting deadlines and quality requirements in a dynamic environment
- Passion for creating great ideas and bringing them to life
- Strong commitment to quality
- High level of self-organization, focus on results
- Optimism, curiosity, and a proactive life attitude
- Fluent knowledge of foreign languages will be an advantage
