There will be many opportunities to influence the development of training areas, work with a strong community of lecturers, and together with the team shape the future of education.

Responsibilities

• Research the educational products market, analyze trends and audience needs;
• Be responsible for developing the concept, structure, and content of new courses in collaboration with lecturers;
• Participate in shaping the vision and profile of experts for new educational products, as well as contribute to the development of the professional community of lecturers;
• Analyze the success of created courses, ensure the quality of programs, and work with lecturers on improvements and updates based on collected data;
• Onboard lecturers regarding the specifics of the online learning format and Projector's methodology;
• Be a mentor for lecturers: maintain regular communication with them, provide feedback on their work, agree on terms of cooperation;
• Assist in creating corporate training programs (B2B);
• Continuously research trends in the education sector and develop your network.

Requirements

• Experience in roles such as Instructional Designer, educational product methodist, or online course producer;
• Experience with modern learning methodologies; knowledge of the main frameworks and principles of educational design;
• A desire to develop in the e-learning sphere;
• Keeping track of trends not only in education but also in the industries the team works with;
• Ability to analyze the market and see promising directions for product development;
• Quickly understanding new topics and finding their essence;
• Ability to find and collaborate with experts and turn their expertise into an effective learning product;
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously;
• English at B2 level for communication with foreign mentors/providers;
• Use AI tools for automation and speeding up processes.
