We are seeking a Product Analyst with 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis to join our team in Prague, Czech Republic. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring product release readiness.

Responsibilities

Product & Business Analysis

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to HTA, Access, and Reimbursement digital capabilities
  • Translate complex regulatory, pipeline, and access processes into clearly defined product features and use cases
  • Conduct impact assessments for proposed changes and identify opportunities for process and workflow optimization
  • Support product release readiness and ensure alignment with business needs
  • Collaborate with vendors, delivery teams, and design teams to refine and validate product components

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Act as the primary IT point of contact for global, regional, and local stakeholders
  • Lead workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, demos, and user trainings
  • Communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Maintain and update user guides, training materials, and communication assets to support adoption

Data & Process Excellence

  • Streamline data input requirements and improve overall data efficiency
  • Define and maintain data standards, governance frameworks, and quality practices
  • Monitor product adoption, analyze usage patterns, and identify workflow bottlenecks
  • Recommend data-driven and process-driven improvements to enhance product value

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product Owners, Product Line Leads, Designers, Developers, and Data teams
  • Support integration across internal systems and external tools
  • Ensure alignment across teams to deliver seamless, end-to-end processes

Core Activities

  • Analyze business requirements against existing systems and propose technical improvements
  • Lead stakeholder discussions and support demand management processes
  • Document business requirements, use cases, and process flows across geographies
  • Develop and communicate product roadmaps and delivery timelines
  • Facilitate user trainings and workshops
  • Track product adoption and support value realization initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, or similar roles
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills
  • Strong analytical thinking with ability to simplify complex workflows and data dependencies
  • Experience working in cross-functional and dynamic environments

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Life Sciences, Market Access, HTA, or Regulatory Affairs
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Mural, and MS Office suite
  • Experience with resource planning tools, roadmap visualization, or enterprise portfolio systems
  • Experience supporting global product rollouts or multi-country user bases
  • Background in technical consulting or pharma industry is a plus
