We are looking for a Product Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing trends, identifying new product opportunities, and developing strategies for optimizing processes, solutions, and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Generate interactive reports with analytical conclusions and recommendations.
• Automate data collection, processing, and visualization processes.
• Analyze metrics to determine economically effective solutions.
• Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of product solutions.
• Use statistical methods to predict the results of experiments.
• Monitor key product indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement analytical products into the entire project workflow.

Requirements

• Experience as an Analyst for at least 2 years.
• Higher education in economics, mathematics, statistics, or finance.
• Deep knowledge of SQL, including the ability to create complex queries and optimize them.
• Commercial experience with Python - proficiency in Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, task automation experience.
• Experience working with large datasets and process optimization.
• Knowledge of analysis and forecasting methods (clustering, regression, A/B testing).
• Analytical mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously and with different teams.
