About the Position
We're looking for a Product Designer to join our fully remote and mission-driven team.
Responsibilities
As a Product Designer at , you'll be responsible for the creation of easy-to-use products that are visually appealing to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting user research
- Defining product specifications
- Concepting and detailed design
- Handover to engineering
- Design support
- QA
You'll work closely with our development team, UX designers, and the customer success team. Your focus will be on figuring out what products and features align with market and customer needs.
Requirements
- Ability to take the perspective of users and think critically about what will bring them value.
- Ability to analyze how a new product ties in with market needs and consumer preferences.
- Capability of aligning your work with the overarching business goals.
- Skill in distilling simplicity from complex user requirements.
- Making choices based on research, testing, and user data, not assumptions.
- Strong communication skills.
- Flexibility, decisiveness, and the ability to put ego aside and focus on the needs of the customer.
