About the Position

Join Binance as a Product Designer to shape the future of the world's leading blockchain ecosystem. Work remotely from Hong Kong, Taiwan, Taipei, or Australia, Melbourne.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product managers and engineers to develop, implement, and refine design processes to support rapid iteration and improvement.
• Create globally appealing, user-friendly designs, offering expert insights and suggestions.
• Conduct user research, partner with product managers to drive solutions by leveraging qualitative and quantitative customer insights.
• Deliver detailed, robust UI/UX design solutions, ensuring a high-quality product design.

Requirements

• Experience: Web3, Crypto, Payment, Finance, AI work experience.
• Education: Degree in graphic design, HCI, visual arts, or related field.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Languages: Bilingual English/Mandarin required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Attributes: Open to learning and constructive feedback.
