About the Position
We are hiring a Product Designer & Content Creator to integrate generative AI into our creative process. This role is for a systematic thinker who can develop, document, and standardize new workflows for our entire design team. Your core mission will be to establish best practices for leveraging AI in design and video production. You will act as a subject matter expert, creating practical guides, templates, and tutorials that will enable other designers to adopt these new, more efficient ways of working.
Responsibilities

AI Workflow Development & Team Enablement
- Pioneer and formally document new creative workflows that integrate generative AI tools for video production, asset creation, and UI design.
- Create clear, actionable best-practice guides, templates, and tutorials for the broader design team to adopt and follow.
- Serve as the team's primary subject matter expert on leveraging AI, providing guidance and support to other designers.

AI-Enhanced Content Creation
- Apply the workflows you develop to produce high-quality video content, including product explainers and tutorials.
- Utilize AI tools to create compelling visual assets and support the design of clean, intuitive user interfaces in Figma.

Collaboration and Process Improvement
- Collaborate with Product Designers and Managers to identify opportunities where new AI-driven workflows can solve team challenges.
- Continuously test, refine, and improve the creative processes you establish, ensuring they remain practical and effective.
Requirements
- A portfolio that clearly demonstrates your ability to develop and document new creative processes or workflows, especially those involving generative AI.
- Proven experience using generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Midjourney, AI video/audio tools) in a professional creative context.
- Experience in creating process documentation, how-to guides, or training materials for a team.
- Expertise in video production and editing using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools like Figma.
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to explain complex processes in a simple and clear manner.
