Responsibilities

Full ownership of design for Android platform: transferring iOS features, custom platform solutions, and adaptation to Android specifics.
Designing interfaces for mobile applications (iOS/Android) and web products - from simple features to paywalls, onboarding, and gamification flows.
Independently conducting user research and corridor surveys (particularly for Android apps).
Generating, validating, and preparing the design part of product and marketing hypotheses for A/B tests.
Optimizing conversion elements (paywalls, onboarding) based on product metrics - save rate, measurement start, conversions.
Creating design solutions that consider business goals, design system, and target audience needs (45+, heart health).
Cross-functional collaboration with products, devs, and current designer at a partner level, participating in design reviews.

Requirements

Experience as a Product Designer from 2 years (with real experience in managing a mobile product end-to-end).
Experience in independently owning a platform or product direction - ability to manage tasks from research to handover to devs without operational support.
Experience working with mobile products on both platforms and confident understanding of platform-specific approaches: Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design.
Proficiency with Figma.
Good knowledge of typography and layout principles.
Habit of verifying the quality of your solutions through quantitative and qualitative research and linking design to product metrics.
High level of communication skills, ability to argue and defend decisions.
Proactivity: the desire not only to complete tasks but also to generate your own hypotheses and influence the product.

Will be a plus:

Experience in designing paywalls/onboardings and optimizing conversions.
UX Writing skills.
Graphic and motion design skills.
Experience working in the wellness/health niche or with an audience of 45+.
