Product Designer

About the Position

We are an early-stage company building an AI platform for the legal industry. Our platform combines advanced reasoning with secure, privacy-first infrastructure, allowing professionals to trust it with their most sensitive work. We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team and shape how our product looks, feels, and works.

Responsibilities

• Own product design end to end - from problem framing and user flows to wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
• Design clear, intuitive interfaces for complex, information-dense workflows (documents, review, analysis).
• Partner closely with front-end engineers to ship pixel-accurate, responsive, accessible UI.
• Talk to users to understand their real workflows and validate designs with them.
• Build and maintain a design system and component library as the product grows.
• Shape the brand and visual language where needed.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of product design experience shipping real software, ideally web applications.
• A strong portfolio showing end-to-end work: flows, interaction design, and polished, professional UI.
• Fluency in Figma, with comfort prototyping and working from (or building) a design system.
• A talent for designing for complexity - turning dense, expert workflows into something clear and calm.
• Self-direction and clear communication on a small, distributed team.
• Fluent with AI tools - you actively use them to improve your workflow and move faster.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for expert or professional users (legal, medical, finance, or enterprise).
• Comfort with HTML/CSS, or a habit of working closely alongside engineers in code.
• Brand or visual-identity work beyond product UI.
• Interest in AI / LLM products and designing for trust.
