Responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle design of mobile products (onboarding, payment/subscription, customization and shop, content modules): from hypothesis → research → UX/UI → handover to development → measurable result.
- Convert product requirements into clear UX flows, user stories, UI screens, and interactive prototypes in Figma. Develop a design system for iOS and Android.
- Launch and interpret experiments with the support of PdM and analytics; turn insights into next steps.
- Conduct competitive UI/UX analysis and implement the best solutions for business goals.
- Design and launch AI features and multi-step user scenarios.
- Collaborate closely with PdM and engineers; defend design decisions; iterate quickly.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product/UI/UX design for B2C and/or mobile products.
- Deep understanding of usability principles, responsive/adaptive design, and user flows.
- Confident in working with Figma (components, variants, auto layout, libraries) and keeping files organized.
- Ability to structure "fuzzy" tasks: current state → pain points → hypotheses → future state.
- Data-aware: understand basic product metrics (Retention, DAU/WAU/MAU, ARPU, LTV), read data, and use it to improve UX.
- Actively use AI in life and work: work with paid tools, build repeatable prompting pipelines, launch solutions with agents, and follow model updates.
Nice to Have
- Experience with B2C products in the entertainment/wellbeing/gamification sphere.
- Worked with motion and animation tools (Spine, Rive).
