Product Designer (project TutTam)

About the Position

Kyivstar.Tech is seeking a Product Designer for the TutTam project, a FoodTech service marketplace. TutTam is a platform where establishments can sell surplus products, and users can purchase quality food or services at significant discounts.

Join our team to create a user-friendly experience, design new product features, and improve key product metrics in collaboration with the product, analytics, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Design UX/UI for the mobile application and web product in TutTam.
• Participate in the entire lifecycle of features: from problem research to production launch.
• Conduct User Research, analyze user behavior, and form design decisions based on data.
• Create User Flows, Wireframes, Mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Design new user experience scenarios and improve existing ones.
• Work with Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, and Engineering team to find the best product solutions.
• Conduct usability testing and validate design decisions.
• Develop and maintain the product's design system.
• Prepare layouts for development and accompany their implementation.
• Participate in the formation and verification of product hypotheses.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer in digital products.
• Experience in designing mobile applications.
• Experience with web products.
• Experience working in product teams.
• Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Design System, Prototyping).
• Experience in creating and maintaining design systems.
• Understanding of User-Centered Design principles.
• Experience in User Research, usability testing, or Customer Interviews.
• Understanding of product metrics and the impact of design on Activation, Conversion, Retention.
• Ability to justify design decisions with data and research results.
• Experience in interacting with developers and quality control of design implementation.

Nice to Have

• Experience in FoodTech, eCommerce, marketplaces, or HoReCa.
• Experience in designing two-sided platforms (Marketplace).
• Experience with complex user scenarios.
• Experience in conducting A/B tests with the product team.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and modern web technologies.
• Experience working with startups or fast-growing products.
• Skills in creating micro-animations or motion design.
• A strong portfolio of implemented products.
