We create new formats, stories, and build a world where the only limit is human imagination. And now we are looking for a Product Designer (R&D) who is ready to join us and create it with us.

Your Mission:

• Creation of a product from scratch: an application where people communicate with AI characters, create their own heroes, and live stories with them.
• Ownership over UI/UX: catalog and search for characters, chat, tools for creating characters
• Design of the funnel and monetization: onboarding and paywalls, subscription levels, internal currency.
• Analysis of metrics of your screens, A/B tests, and iterations based on their results.

Requirements

• 3+ years in product design and experience creating AI products from scratch: chat interfaces, generation states, screen behavior during model delay and error, managing response expectations.
• Experience working on mobile B2C products (IOS and Android).
• Research experience: user interviews, hypothesis testing, competitor analysis - and the ability to implement findings into the product.
• Understanding of product and business metrics: you know how your decisions affected the result (conversion, retention, etc.).
• Confidently works in Figma and actively uses AI tools in work (Claude Design and similar).
• Willingness to work hands-on: at the start, you are the only designer on the team.
• Strong logical thinking and subjectivity: you can explain what and why you do, propose your vision, and defend it with arguments.
