PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

We are seeking a PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST to lead the creation of new sports nutrition products, ensuring they meet modern nutritional science and market demands.

Responsibilities

• Leading the development of new sports nutrition products - from concept to final product, in line with modern nutritional science and current market demands;
• Identifying and evaluating global suppliers, managing the RFQ process, and selecting partners capable of delivering premium quality at competitive prices;
• Negotiating terms and maintaining professional communication with contract manufacturers - from initial agreements and sample testing to final production;
• Creating comprehensive product guides, creative briefs, and product visual identity concepts;
• Monitoring sales performance and market feedback after product launch, ensuring consistent product quality, and optimizing the portfolio based on data-driven insights.

Requirements

• University degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Food Science, Food Safety, or a related field (recent graduates welcome);
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level;
• Passion for a healthy lifestyle, fitness, wellness, and nutrition;
• Previous experience in the food industry, pharmacy, or a related field is an advantage;
• Knowledge of nutritional supplements and healthy foods is a plus;
• Basic understanding of business and marketing;
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-growing environment;
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality;
• Creative and analytical mindset with problem-solving and multitasking abilities;
• Advanced Excel skills and active use of AI tools.
