We are looking for a Product Development Specialist to join our Health & Wellness & Beauty team, in Carnaxide and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!

Responsibilities

• Track and monitor performance and commercial management indicators for the categories;
• Support the product development process;
• Help identify opportunities for new product lines;
• Assist in researching and identifying innovations and market trends;
• Help define objectives and strategies for the long-term growth of the brands and products under your responsibility;
• Support domestic and international procurement and sourcing;
• Support commercial engagement and coordination with various stakeholders, including: external suppliers, inventory, marketing, operations, and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management;
• At least 3 years of professional experience in similar roles: sales management and/or product development.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel;
• Strong analytical, strategic, negotiation, and communication skills;
• Fluency in English (and Spanish-preferred);

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and retail experience are a plus;
• Ability to think “outside the box” with strategic consistency;
• Enjoys working in a team and has strong interpersonal skills;
• Dynamic and proactive;
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
