Product Director, Data Products

About the Position

We are looking for a Product Director, Data Products to join our team at Sievo, the leading procurement analytics SaaS company from Finland. This role is pivotal in defining the future of our data's value and the solutions built on it for our SaaS customers and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Define the future of Community Data as a product – from the vision to the concrete product roadmap.
• Design customer data contribution mechanisms and incentives.
• Establish the methodology and statistical credibility for benchmarks and intelligence.
• Own pricing and packaging decisions for data products.
• Partner with sales and marketing to build commercial strategies.
• Lead the team in setting vision and strategy.
• Represent Community Data at the leadership level as a strategic asset.

Requirements

• Experience in (ideally B2B) SaaS and/or data products product management.
• Proven ability to build and package a data or benchmarking product.
• Experience in making real pricing and monetization decisions.
• Ability to set vision and strategy autonomously.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and statistical reasoning.
• Experience with AI in product development.
• Ambitious, outcome-driven, and energized by undefined problems.
