Product Director, Receive

About the Position

We are seeking a Product Director, Receive to join our team at Wise. In this role, you will be responsible for growing our Receive domain, helping our customers get paid easily and seamlessly worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy for the Receive domain
• Execute on the strategy and grow the organization
• Expand the Receive offering in APAC, LatAM, MEA
• Collaborate with fincrime teams to mitigate risks
• Redefine the product offering positioning in the market
• Improve onboarding and adoption funnels
• Iterate on product pricing and economics

Requirements

• Direct accountability for a business-critical metric in your domain
• Experience leading 4+ PMs and growing a team
• Experience helping multiple teams set metrics/OKRs and achieve them
• Hands-on experience shipping features as an individual contributor
• Experience in payments or fintech domain
• Experience launching a new product and taking it to market

We Offer

• Competitive salary: GBP 155,000 - GBP 200,000 yearly
• Full-time position
