Product Engineer

About the Position

We are seeking a Product Engineer to join our team in Suzhou, China. Responsibilities include managing sample production, commercializing new products, and solving technical issues in belt production.

Responsibilities

• 负责所有客户样带的流程卡制作和样品生产跟踪；

• Responsible for all of the sample flowchart making, and following sample production;

• 负责新结构皮带的商业化；

• Responsible for commercialization of new product;

• 解决皮带加工中的技术问题；

• Solve the technical issue of product produce process;

• 协助分析次品及皮带应用中的问题；

• Assist to analyze the problem in the product application and scrapes;

• 负责新产品的工艺和标准的制订；

• Responsible to make the process standard and product standard;

• 支持客户端产品的验证试验；

• Support for new product validation test from customer;

• 负责国外客户的项目支持；

• Responsible for the support for oversea project;

• 贯彻实施公司的环境方针、环境管理体系及紧急应变计划；

• Carry out and implement the environment policy, management system and urgency plan of the company;

• 按公司要求使用适当的防护措施、安全装备，并提醒及纠正其他员工在工作中不安全、不恰当的行为；

• Use the suitable safeguard and safety tools, remind and collect the insecurity and impertinent behaviour in the working of other employee;

• 参与公司的精益生产，完成VAVE, PPS，CI，5S的相关工作；

• Attend GUPS and finish relative work about PPS, CI and 5S;

• 其它安排的任务和职责。

Requirements

• 大学专/本科以上学历；College ，University or above
• 机械，高分子材料或化学专业；Mechanical,Polymer material or Chemistry speciality
• 两年以上工作经验；Over 2 years work experience

Skills

• 熟悉皮带或者制品的整个生产流程和每个岗位的关键控制点；

• Familiar with all belt/product produce process and key control point of every process;

• 熟悉产品生产的各种影响因素；

• Familiar with the product impact cause of product production;

• 有独立开展项目的能力；

• Have capacity to implement project;

• 熟悉质量管理程序；

• Familiar with quality procedure;

• 有良好的职业保密意识；

• Good confidential consciousness;

• 有一定的英语读写能力；

• Skill for read and write English;

• 熟练操作电脑。

• Skill for use computer.
