About the Position
Renesas Electronics, a global semiconductor company, is seeking a Product Engineer to support analog, mixed-signal, and power semiconductor products from development through mass production. This role is based in Lviv, Ukraine.
Responsibilities
- Product engineering activities for power and mixed-signal ICs, from definition to mass production
- Investigate yield, quality, and manufacturing issues
- Preparation of technical reports and data summaries
- Definition and maintenance of production test limits
- Cooperation with Test Engineering, Design, Quality, and Manufacturing teams
- Contribute to automation and data analysis improvements
Requirements
- BSc degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Knowledge of analog and digital electronics
- Hands-on experience with electronics at board level (assembly, measurement, debug)
- Practical experience with measurement instruments (oscilloscope, multimeter, signal generator, power supply)
- Basic Programming skills (Python, C#, VBA, R or similar)
- Willingness to develop statistical data analysis/semiconductor knowledge on the job
- Intermediate English
- Good communication skills and results-driven mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience in electronics, semiconductors, manufacturing, testing, quality, or data analysis
- Statistical data analysis skills
- Project coordination or project management skills
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., TIBCO Spotfire, Origin, Power BI)
- Understanding of IC manufacturing technology
