Our client is the fastest-growing digital banking app in Austria, but "good" isn't their endgame. They want to streamline their entire digital ecosystem-apps, portals, and UX-at a velocity that makes competitors dizzy.
The Mission
"Prototype First, Document Later"
This is a role for a disruptor who prefers building to meeting. You will work across digital products to identify friction points and leapfrog them using modern tools.
- Rapid Prototyping: Use AI-driven tools and low-code environments to build "smoke tests" and functional prototypes in days.
- High-Velocity Change: Drive the "What" and the "Why" of new features, ensuring digital portals stay years ahead of the market.
- Risk-Taking: You have a license to experiment. Fast failures lead to breakthrough successes.
- Engineering Handover: Once you’ve proven a feature works via prototype, you will collaborate with Engineering to bring it to life at scale.
Responsibilities
- Utilize AI-driven tools and low-code environments for rapid prototyping.
- Drive high-velocity changes to keep digital portals ahead of the market.
- Experiment with new ideas, embracing fast failures for breakthrough successes.
- Collaborate with Engineering to scale proven features.
Requirements
- Startup DNA: Experience in elite startups, delivery tech giants, or high-growth scale-ups.
- Tech-Fluent & Geeky: Comfortable using LLMs, AI automation, and modern tech stacks.
- Industry Agnostic: Ability to move fast and think differently, regardless of banking tradition.
- Action-Oriented: Success measured by deployments and user impact, not by slide decks.
