Responsibilities

  • Own and define the product strategy and roadmap for the Digital Guest Journey, ensuring alignment with Canary Technologies’ broader vision and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to drive product development and enhancements.
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, both internal and external, transforming insights into actionable features.
  • Lead user research initiatives to continually understand and address the pain points, needs, and desires of both our hotel partners and their guests.
  • Analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to inform product iterations and enhancements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex data to drive informed product decisions.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Compensation

Target cash compensation ranges from $190,000-$240,000, including a fixed annual salary and a performance-based bonus paid quarterly.

This role also includes a stock option grant, subject to board approval. Actual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's skill level, experience, and specific work location.
