About the Position

Product Lead - APAC Growth

Wise is one of the largest and fastest-growing global fintechs. In this role, you’ll shape the strategy and lead development teams driving growth and expansion for Wise Consumer and Wise Business products across all markets in our fastest-growing region.

Responsibilities

• Define what a seamless localized product looks like - something 10x better than anything else.
• Redefine how people move money around the world, setting a new standard for global finance.
• Define long-term strategies and roadmaps for growth in mature markets in the APAC region.
• Lead a team of 4+ Product Managers covering growth across all APAC markets for Wise Consumer and Business products.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product roles, and have led high-performing teams of >5 PMs in the past.
• Experience growing an early-stage company and navigating the complexity of a product at scale.
• Strong individual contributor who thrives as a player-coach.
• Ability to operate at many levels of detail, flipping between executing as an individual contributor and leading a wider team.
• Experience leading teams in a product-led growth environment.
• Analytical and technical skills, with the ability to write queries and keep up with engineers on technical discussions.
• Keen product sense, particularly in the banking/payments/fintech space.
• Entrepreneurial and creative mindset with fresh ideas.
• Exceptional clarity of thought and ability to convey complex ideas simply.
